Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns of opened or consumed items.

Refunds or replacements may be issued in the following cases:

You received a damaged or defective product
You received an incorrect product
Your order was lost during shipping

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us (premium.thai.fruits@gmail.com) within 48 hours of receiving your package and include clear photos of the product and packaging.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
