At KP Fruits, every order is packed by hand in Thailand and shipped directly to you — straight from the source. We want getting your fruit to be as smooth as the fruit is delicious, so here's everything you need to know.

Order Processing

We process and pack orders within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Thai public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Every order is inspected and sealed before it leaves our facility. Because our fruit contains no preservatives, sulfites, or added sugar, freshness is everything — and we treat your order accordingly.

Shipping & Delivery Times

We ship worldwide from Thailand using trusted international carriers. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Thailand: 1–3 business days
  • Rest of Asia: 3–9 business days
  • Europe: 8–15 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 5–8 business days
  • Rest of the world: 8–19 business days

These are estimates. Delivery times can be affected by customs clearance, courier capacity, weather, and other factors outside our control.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. If you don't see the email, please check your spam folder before reaching out.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your country's customs authority. These are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer. Rules vary by country — if you're unsure, we recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We ship to exactly the address provided and can't be responsible for orders lost or returned due to incorrect or incomplete details. If a package is returned to us, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply).
